I’m using https://www.betterbird.eu/ which has built in support for system tray for Linux.

I use betterbird, and it’s great, but betterbird’s tray icon doesn’t work for ‘close’. It only works when you ‘minimize’.

Looks like they recommend to use https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/minimize-on-close/ this addon for this purpose, which is Windows-only.Then the extension recommend to use KDocker :unamused:
