Characters of error log were to many to post here.
Fast boot is disabled and plenty of space created, but installation always fails towards the end…
Your EFI partition is read-only.
There are two common causes for this.
- “Fast Startup” in Windows(not fast boot in the BIOS) is not disabled
- Your EFI partition needs to have a repair run on it
Okay.
Will check on that “fast startup” part, but really not inclined (sense of knowing) how to repair run EFI partition. Is that something that can be done with EndeavourOS at installation time?
Update: all can only attest that Fast startup is disabled:
From the live ISO, before launching the installer, open a terminal and run:
sudo dosfsck -a <device>
Replacing <device> with the device path to your EFI partition.
Somehow, found my doing manual installation (after doing that correction bit you suggested).
Did separate EFI partition + / and everything is working fine.
EndeavourOS is totally new to me.
Claiming to be lightweight is what attracted me over other GNOME.
Seems to be doing fine so far.

there are two ways. Most comfortable is uising this Method:
Installing extensions through the browser makes them available for the current user only and requires you to manually update each one. This is the easier method.
- Additionally, if you decided to install extensions from the browser instead, you need to install gnome-browser-connector. It is not required to install extensions from the official repositories or the AUR.
