But can’t you just go to the kde store or whatever it’s called (settings/appearance), and download the plasma and icon theme? I recall there is one that duplicates the theme plus minus from Manjaro with all the colors etc…

If you want to really compare them instead of asking questions and getting a different answer from everyone who responds. Why don’t you just install both of them. Dual boot and compare them yourself because no one is going to know what you like or don’t. Then you’ll really see the difference. Don’t take my word for it!
BTW EndeavourOS is the best!

Endeavour is Arch with a nice theme and some well produced packages to make it a bit more reliable, (not as Arch needed more stability). On Manjaro I never could last more than 2 months it just kept messing up my system and I ended up distro-hopping for like 6 months or so. If you want minimal stable EOS that is.
Manjaro is a good way to get people to install Arch themselves, after so much frustration…
