from the first page alone I have restrictions on all streaming. usually two kinds:

and many camera saying “hosted by Youtube. Their cookies will be loaded when you view.”

Great idea though, I’m still trying.

once I saw a website with automatically collected unsecured CCTV cameras, people just going on about their business in random locations, warehouses, streets etc.
