As the title says, the cursor is slow, I just installed the Os and did not configure anything else
Usually, your DE has some kind of GUI settings window where you can adjust your mouse sensitivity. Since you haven’t mentioned which DE you’re using, this is about as specific of an answer I can give you.
You can also adjust your mouse sensitivity from the terminal using the xinput utility.
