this is the spirit of the linux community. you take different things from the open source portfolio and put together a distro. The reasons for this are diverse. in the end that’s all that makes linux. I think the tcet project is good, so the students have the opportunity to learn something, in my time back then we learned microsoft dos, which wasn’t bad either, so I learned how to use the terminal back then. Live and let live is all I can say.

Ignoring the awkwardness of calling me out for being opinionated and a possible borrower of tools created by EndeavourOS and others, I will accept the welcome message. 
Dear Joe, let me correct you on this. “Διαλεκτική, θέσις, αντίθεσις, σύνθεσις” (not even bother writing them using latin characters) is/was Socrates’ tools to find the way towards Truth.
It was, so, practised some 2000 years ago, way before Hegel.
I do repeat, please look at it as a piece of information, we share the same ideas as to what’s being discussed here.
It seems to me that human spirit is to be shared/modified/improved freely, whether it be philosophy or…linux distros (to keep myself aligned & on topic).

i was refering only to where i remembered it from…
its origin is ancient greek thats true.
no matter means if or if not and yes indeed your ISO and calamares setup is not borrowing anything from EndeavourOS i would call it even less opinionated compared to EndeavourOS .
