Works if I run:

tailscale file get ~/Downloads/

Which appears to be missing from the support page I read. What am I missing? Have seen somebody has written a service, but that seems like overkill.

It is a nice idea, I can access all my media on the go. The only question is do I need to access all my media on the go… ? :rofl:

Other than that, can’t see the point, kdeconnect/localsend are what I normally use.

There are scenarios where using tailscales ‘send files’ feature will come in handy where kdeconnect/localsend won’t cut it.

I use it quite frequently for work.
