Help!
Same issue on my side. If you select the dropdown, its possible to use the up/down arrow.
Not on every dropdown the desktop selection dropdown does nothing 
I’m getting this as well. I wonder if this has something to do with the recent Plasma update to 6.3.3? Mine worked fine before this.

I’ve got the feeling that the arrow don’t work because you can select multiple entries in that one. I say that because the dropdown “windows type”, who also let you select multiple entries behave the same way.
Its possible to import/export rules, maybe you can export one that use “virtual desktops” and work from they’re in a meantime ?

Can confirm it. Same issue here.
Think it is caused by the update because I also have the problem on EOS but not on Tumbleweed , which is still on 6.3.2.
Because right now you don’t edit any rules

Edit the rule or set a new one

Me too! Hmm? And i haven’t touched any of this either.
Edit: Some of these things can be confusing because not all of us use these vast array of customizations and some do. So when i go to look at it I don’t always tend to know if there is a problem or not.

I have these settings for the transparency behavior of the windows.
Plasma is really very extensive and you simply don’t know all the settings
EDIT: Once set, I no longer need this. I only came across it because I was looking at @xircon 's thread
