System shutdown delayed by 5+ minutes due to bad swap file

Whenever I shutdown or restart it takes forever because of the swap file failing to be deactivated. Here is a picture.

If the image is too blurrry, here is a link: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/814655875348168724/1223678449667805225/20240330_095451.jpg?ex=661aba5d&is=6608455d&hm=b81967fe386e679cacb3609f00498b649ac9a7cc7f1d040578950346e56f5aaa&=&format=webp&width=728&height=546

I anyone knows how to stop this that would be great. Would getting rid of hibernate work? Or how can I make the system better recognize the swap file?

You could delete and recreate the swap file, to see if that fixes it:
