System occasionally hangs on restart after multiple sleep cycles

Title. I don’t think its a critical problem but occasionally my system will hang after a restart (just doesn’t reboot and sits there). I have a bad habit of just letting my system go to sleep multiple times across a day and not shutting it down sometimes when I go to bed so Ill have to restart it in the morning to power-cycle it. I only see this problem after this behavior and not any time else, but I think I can just mitigate by not letting my PC sleep repeatedly. Has anyone else had similar things happen? Boots are normally insanely quick on this machine (like 3 seconds to BIOS, 7 to EOS login) comparatively to what I was used to on Windows, so I don’t think kernel/EOS is the problem

Hey there, I have similar issue recently which in this topic > Shutdown hangs sometimes (new post)
though I ended up change my entire workflow just to avoid this bug entirely, which shutdown my device if I want to leave it for a while

after my long and deep research on the internet, I believe this bug was introduced back in 2015 by none other than our beloved systemd https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/1615
