System / notification sounds dropping after a reboot

After each of the last reboots my system / notification sounds keep getting dropped down to 40% from 150%, and I have to go in and adjust it back to 150%. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks

It seems to stay on my set up. I just tried it to see. :man_shrugging:

I’m not sure what is going on here. I just know after every reboot it drops to 40%.

I’m not sure why either? I tried it a couple of times at different levels.

You would think someone on the forums would have some idea what might be causing the issue and at least make some suggestions on what to look at.

Not necessarily unless it has happened to them. Maybe search the Arch forums or Manjaro or others?

HAPPY, HAPPY, JOY, JOY

Just received updates for the Pulse components and Alas and rebooted without the system sounds being dropped down to 40%.

Received some more sound components updates and back to the volume dropping again. Wondering if the below is related.
