Hello,
I have the problem that from time to time the system freezes, so mainly the operation and the display, audio continues to run.
When it hangs then also the display goes black again and again and then shows the last displayed image again.

have you try theses parameters on boot kernel :
“iommu=pt amd_pstate=passive”
see this topic
Up to date guide is here
Linux 5.17 is here and just around the corner for Arch users who dont build their own Kernels and have it already. Even if you do here is the short and easy of using the new P-State Driver for AMD CPUs. Ondemand seems to deliver the best performance/power savings over schedutil with p-state at the moment.
It should be noted this is only for Zen2 and newer
First check if support is already enabled with
lscpu | grep cppc
if you get no output then to 2
Make …

I had this again and I still don’t know where exactly it comes from.
Here the log of the last crash:
http://ix.io/4Gbt
I can reproduce this relatively reliably when I open FoundryVTT in any browser.
this time i didn’t even change the workspace and last week the problem with foundryvtt was not yet. I still used it for a few hours at a time.
It shows a trace about appindicator extension
Tealk

but can this cause the problem? I will deactivate the extension in any case to see if it occurs without it.
So currently it is so that it just occurs in the middle of working and only if i have FoundryVTT open in Browser, then the screen falckert and on my ultra-wide screen is only flashing the image of my laptop monitor displayed.
No interaction is accepted by the device and only the shutdown works.
