Even REISUB would not work, back up and running, but some libraries have screwed. Have installed the ones I can see, but, is there a way to find the corrupted files?
Problem, /var/log/pacman.log did not update, last entry 8am ish (UK noe 18:30).
sudo paccheck --list-broken --md5sum
filesystem and lsb-release will always show as broken on an EOS system so those are normal if you run EOS.

All fixed, just the two left as you said 
I purge unused locales, so had to pipe and filter the output!
