It’s not a requirement but being on a laptop it’s really nice for workflow since I don’t have access to multiple monitors and the workspaces are really nice

The main reason I can’t use gnome is that I’m too used to Dolphin and Konsole and QT apps are just screwed up in gnome.

Honestly all you need is dash to dock/dash to panel and your good to go

The best extension for GNOME seems to be KDE.
