@Jzarecta I don’t know the state of your installed system, so I suggest you start by searching this forum for waylamd and xorg. And read the following to get a better understanding of xorg and possible problems with wayland and KDE.

Hi, I have a strange issue, I installed Endeavour and then installed Plasma, removing Xfce as detailed Here and Here but end up being booted into a Wayland session where the windows don’t respond and the leaves artifacts everywhere. I have tried logging out and selecting an X session of Plasma but there isn’t one. Also, if I try to remove Wayland, it removes the entire desktop. Does anyone know what is going on?
