Suspend only works once, system crashes on second attempt

This is a brand new installation of EOS i3. The system will suspend once normally (via lid switch or systemctl). After that, attempting to suspend will cause a complete system freeze requiring a hard shutdown.

I’ve had weird issues with audio so I thought this bug might be the cause, but this issue persists even on the LTS kernel. How should I begin troubleshooting this?

Disable tlp if you have it installed?

TLP isn’t installed yet. Here is the output of journalctl between the first suspend and the reboot after the second:
