Super (Windows) Key Not Recognized in Vanilla XFCE

I used XFCE / EOS default them but couldn’t get window tiling shortcuts to work as shown in the Window Manager. So I switched to vanilla XFCE, but now the Windows key (Super) isn’t recognized as a modifier. Any advice?

Is there a lock icon on the Super key? If so, it may have been inadvertently locked. On mine, if I use Fn-Super by mistake, then its functionality is gone; same as on Windows.

Maybe something’s wrong with the keyboard layout.

Windows key is Super with EOF them but not Vanilla. Anyways, I’m switching back to to OES theme now and will probably start a new post on tiling windows in that setup.
