Complete noob here, I am just clueless on where to start to look for a fix
Basicly my system stutters often when playing youtube videos, listening to spotify music and gaming. None of this tasks are hardcore for my system.

To start with we need some info about your setup and hardware.
Most issues are caused by faulty setup.

This looks all fine… nvidia drivers are used and it renders correctly on the Nvidia GPU.
You installed using nvidia boot option i bet? or installed nvidia drivers manually after initial install?
is there a newer Bios version available?
does glances
in a terminal showing any high loads?
At boot
I did upgrade to the latest 3-4 years ago, I doubt theres any newer
Nope, barely, I have to test at a time when the system starts freezing though.
journal can show also issues could be some service or app goes nuts…
journalctl -f
would live output kernel messages…
also boot journal could show something:
journalctl -k -b -0 | eos-sendlog
but if you want me to look on this send me the resulting url in a p.m. not posting public… it can include personal serials or uuids and stuff…
