I want to reinstall to a new nvme, after I had some major issues, which caused my machine to not boot.
Can I recover my steam games, or do I have to re-download? I will be taking the 500gb nvme out, but some are on another 2tb on the second port.
You can just copy steam directory to new drive and steam verifies your files, so you don’t need to re-download everything. Then Steam just downloads the necessary libraries and you’re good to go.
