just did a yay update about 30 min ago.
rebooted and now steam refuses to start.
I tried yay -Rn steam and reinstalled it but still acting the same.
Any idea what I should be checking?
Many on the form are having this issue try downgrading glibc and lib32-glibc to the previous version

Well I figured it out, I picked the wrong downgrade option.
Its working now.
