Steam not Launching games at all

I’m just watching the thread to learn.

So by poking around i seemed to have fixed it:

the steps i took (not sure what the eventual fix was)

deleting ~/.local/share/Steam/

making a backup of my installed games and then deleting the steam library folder and just re-adding my SSD and copying that backup over again.
