hello, just messed around with fstab and automounted all my drives, works great, only problem is now steam cannot add the steam folders on those drives (only the NTFS ones), tried adding exec in the fstab, didnt fix it, changed permissions based on another article on here, didnt work after that either, actually now it doesnt even show up in the steam list, does anyone know what im messing up?
Extra info: the drives are mounted in /mnt and outside of steam work fine, i can write and delete to them, before i set up fstab i was able to use them when they were just mounted through run/media/ when you manually do it through dolphin, image below is all the permissions thing i did to one of them but i have two and neither work, steam says its got 0 bytes out of 500gb but they arent full i did check
update: i have fixed the problem, its a little bit of a stupid fix but it works, basically just set only the steam library folder to have user permissions, i think i could get away with doing this for every folder in there, but i dont need to so im not gonna risk messing something up, i am clearly wise beyond my years, very odd that the findmnt command didnt show anything, not worrying at all im sure!
