i have installed Endouver on my Laptop and everything works fine.
I tried to do the same on my desktop. but when I try to run the installer by clicking “Start the installer” I get a loading window which leads to nothing, I tried both online and offline option and the outcome is the same, what can i do? thank you!
Welcome to the forum 
Think you mean to say that Calamares is not working , because I don’t see an error on your screenshot. There could be a problem with the USB stick , or the software you used to burn the ISO to the USB stick. Or with the (not correctly downloaded) ISO itself.

I’ve tried 2 different sticks, now I’ll be trying the third with an sd card, I’m using Rufus in order to burn the iso file I’ve downloaded from the main website, is it possible that i did not download the correct file?

It could be a corrupted download, I’ve seen them cause all kinds of weird errors. The first thing I would do in your situation is download the sha512sum and check it against the sha512sum for the downloaded iso. If they are different, re-download the iso and if they are the same, you’ve eliminated a whole class of error.

Issue like that mostly caused by changing the ISO file on creating install media.. or using tools like ventoy and not fully syncing data to the stick before rebooting…
Check shad´sum indeed and make sure on Rufus to not add any option only burn in DD or ISO mode, as of this is a ready as it is hybrid-ISO.
With ventoy you need to sync ISO file fully to the stick if not its will may boot but has corruptions.
