I want to move some steam games to other directories, but some of them don’t have the move option while some do. Is there any way to fix this?
I don’t have an answer, but have you considered asking Steam? They should be able to help or at least tell you why you can’t
You can always move the install directory yourself, then symlink it back to where Steam thinks it’s supposed to be. I moved my entire Steam library over to another partition by symlinking $HOME/.local/share/Steam to /games/Steam.
FYI: I don’t think that the ability to move installation directories is the norm. With my (6) Steam games, most of which are Linux-native, I don’t have that option on any of them.
