Drag a window and it will snap to the center (horizontally and vertically) when it reaches the middle. It’s possible, because I have it one of my machines, but I don’t remember where or how to set it up again.
System Settings > Workspace > Window Management > Window Behavior > Movement tab > Center snap zone
