Try to clean build it again from AUR and see if it will work. There was a rather large number of python packages that got updated just recently so packages from AUR which have one or some of these packages as dependency would need to be rebuild. Edit: There are already some reports about protonvpn not working after these updates. Looks like a clean build won’t help either: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/protonvpn#comment-913128
