[SOLVED] Cinnamon system settings failed to launch

Hi everyone,

Recently I’ve been trying out Endeavouros with cinnamon desktop and I like it so far. I just did a system upgrade this morning and the cinnamon desktop got upgraded from version 5.0.7 to 5.2.7. Now when I tried to launch System Settings from the application menu nothing showed up. If I type cinnamon-settings at the terminal, it gives this error message:

libgoa-1.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Failed to load module: /usr/lib/cinnamon-control-center-1/panels/libonline-accounts.so
No module named 'requests'

This doesn’t happen in cinnamon 5.0.7, so I downgraded cinnamon for a temporary solution. I wonder if there’s a better solution for this issue. Please let me know if you have any idea or if you need more information. Thanks.

Install python-requests.
