There seems to be a new feature “snap-drag”, which allows a finer-grained tiling of windows. After upgrading the system, automatic tiling was off. When enabling it, the choice “snap-drag” or “built-in” was offered. Choosing “snap-drag” didn’t do anything. So, I chose built-in. That works as it always has. But snap-drag isn’t offered now anymore. Does anyone know some details here?

If you miss ‘Drag-snap’ functionality add Window Shuffler applet to the budgie panel / dock.
Open Shuffler Settings
This provides a higher level of window control. Some settings are mutually exclusive.
So in System Settings / Multitasking / Active Screen Edges may also be effected.
