My webcam seems to be getting locked into the YUYV pixelformat when using slack video, which is locking it to 640x480@5fps (not a great viewing experience). I tried setting it manually using cameractrls -c pixelformat=MJPG, but it resets back when using Slack video features.
Slack works fine with an older webcam, and my current webcam uses MJPG correctly in other video services like Google Meet.
Any ideas on how to get Slack to recognize the MJPG capability of my webcam, or lock those settings so it can’t fallback?
