Hehehe. You should change your name to Killjoy.
Got a new webcam, the MX BRIO by Logitech:
The picture quality on it is just mind blowing. It’s like looking into a mirror. Absolutely love my new toy.
Warm regards to all my purple friends,

Dumbbells:
Pretty darn weak right now, but I’m hoping to get bigger/stronger with these. ![]()
TBH, I know it’s supposed to be bad for you to lift at night (as it tends to keep people up apparently) but I think I am gonna bust some weights tonight regardless. I don’t think I can sleep, and I don’t really have much going on, so I might as well do something productive.
New to me, but actually being used.
My old iPhone SE 1st Gen,. (in front) has been on it’s last legs … now it’s replaced by a iPhone 11.
That much screen real estate. I don’t really need that much, by my eyes are welcoming the change.
Additionally :
New switches for my Keychron K5 Max Keyboard. As I wasn’t really happy with the linear switches which I choose initially. They release silent linear switches recently. And I’ve opted to throw in a tactile switch version into the mix as well.
Of course, when changing switches, the keycaps had to get a proper cleaning in the dishwasher.
Et voila.: My new favorite salad variation :
I call it: Keycap sin grime ![]()
First impression while typing this: The silent red switches… .are a indeed silent and noisy. But they feel stiff, require more pressure. The tactile switches instead, have a nice bump which provides feedback. As of now I’ve installed the tactiles for space, cmd, ctrl, alt as well as the other command keys. May change this, will test drive this weekend.
Bought a new LG 27" Monitor as a gift for my birthday next week
NICE! I’ve used several monitors the past couple years. And 27" at 2K (2560x1440) is the sweet spot.
There really are thousands of them. It is very difficult to choose. Basically, they all have the same specifications. My old 24” was an LG, my TV is an LG so it wasn’t hard for me to choose. AOC, Dell or LG. But 27” WQHD has something. I’m really excited about it right now
I recently noticed that the last thermal compound I used (Noctua NT-H2) is now at least 4 years old and I should replace it.
I came across a Video from Gamers Nexus that was very interesting and informative and at the same time I read the test from Igor’s Lab and so I chose the Duronaut from Thermal Grizzly.
Video Gamers Nexus:
Test from Igor’s Lab:
Happens to me all the time… When I need thermal paste, I need it badly, usually to find that my last batch is 5 or 10 years old…
My trust mouse did not register every (left) click so i bought one on temu for €0,01. I must say i am very impressed. Feels better then the trust mouse + there is a dpi button on top that works under linux. It has 4 options in dpi. The mouse has auto rgb, 2 buttons on the left side.
The mouse clicks are silent, when i click on it i hear no sound at all. Let’s see how long this mouse will last. So far i am happy with it.
Bought Starship Troopers - Terran Command (€1,23) from eneba to test, i never used eneba and did found alot of good reviews. anyone else buys their games from there ? I always use fanatical to purchase games but eneba is way lower for some reason.
I ordered a Razer Viper V3 Pro to replace my old HyperX wired mouse yesterday! Will post an image of it after it arrives. Excited to see if it lives up to the hype
Thanks for the share! When i am going to repast my notebook i might use that one for cpu and gpu.
My wireless mouse was getting more and more laggy so I ordered a wired one. It’s a lot lighter than I’m used to and the shape feels a little odd, but no lag at all!
Went to the city today and found these on a game-shop’s discount bin for only 5€ so naturally they left with me.
A zippo lighter woodland camo my fav for that kind of thing:
Lol ~ I however forgot to get fluid. Hence, I do not have it lite in the photo. Will update later when I am able to produce a flame. ![]()
