A few years back I received an HP “OfficeJet” AiO WiFi printer as a gift. It took me two days and three phone calls to customer support to get it working on Windows. My Ubuntu machine auto detected the printer and installed it for me within a few seconds. 10 minutes after that, xsane had the scanner working too. No phone calls to India needed!
