I updated my wallpaper with a bit of help (actually a lot) from @smokey (thank you so much)
I also learned how to use inkscape and gimp in the process.
Youāre welcome mate, anytime
With some help from the Pop folks on telegram - Iāve learned some more about switching between integrated/discreet graphics. Itās not quite so simple as I would have hoped with AMD. But the mux switch kind of throws things off a bit. . . and I guess since itās not as common as the nvidia stuff itās not quite as well integrated either. Iām finally up and gaming on the new Legion 5. Arch coming soon. . .
Frame rate on this is fantastic.

Be-shell has a panel that supports the ribbon menu, you edit it with a config file, more info here:
https://sourceforge.net/p/be-shell/wiki/browse_pages/
but if you try to build it from that repo it wont work, there was another repo with a build fix for be shell but looks like i cannot find it anymore, maybe it was deleted not sure, hereās an example of the config file:
[ RibbonPanel]
Applets=DesktopGrid
BlurRadius=0
CastShadow=false
id=RibbonPanel
Lenght=8
Offset=3
Position=2
Screen=1
Size=32
Struts=false
Visible=false
Is this related only to laptops, or does it apply to desktop GPUs? Iām getting an AMD card next, so I want to be sure itās better than my old 1070.
switching between integrated/discreet graphics.
does not apply to Desktop cards
I believe the mux-switch is only relevant on Laptops.
Speaking of which - Iām giving Fedora another run for the first time in a while. Iām pretty content for now until I get the new m.2 in however long.
Plasma 5.25 (Wayland) on ARM (Odroid N2+)
Floating Panel + Accent Colors
Yes it does, if you use Optimus Manager. I switch to iGPU whenever I need to boot a windows VM with GPU passthrough.
Desktops donāt have mux switches though, so thatās different.
Are you getting this bug?
Yes
Oh
