goodbye dracula hello gruvbox~

No! They are different things. You don’t need i3 to have this. You can technically run this from a base Arch install and it’ll work too. I3 has nothing to do from sway. It is not a fork of a i3. It has been written from scratch to follow i3.

You have both alongside each other just as you’d bspwm and i3 alongside each other. It is even better as they use different apps to they won’t conflict.

Sway is its own WM. It was simply witen to follow i3 for easier migration to a wayland compositor. That probably didn’t make much sense

Congrats to @OdiousImp + @morten-b you create something great  :star_struck:

i just add thing i like :innocent:20210126_grim

Would you like ranger in the edition? It’s seems many people who use WM do use it. Would it be a good addition?

Think follow EOS … " we give you base and you add what you need " That my opinion . As everyone want /need different thing! :+1: That the wonderful thing EOS do :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Remember K.I.S.S. Most people that use tiling window managers are already aware that there is work to be done to make it your own. They don’t like thunar but prefer ranger, they will just change it out.

newblrr

Testing Latte dock again. Seems to be more stable now, but also seems to be using a lot of RAM. Sticking with my old wallpaper. Oh man I love how easy Linux and KDE is to customize.

some colour on sway!
