I was sort of hoping a community like Eye Candy Linux would have popped up somewhere but sadly nothing happened. At least we have forums like the eOS forum, my ArchLabs forum and a few others as well as /r/unixporn

Iām very interested in the pop shell tiling. Itās the most exciting thing to happen to Gnome in forever in my humble opinion.
Is it as good as I imagine it is?

. It no beat say i3 or awesome but it a very good introduction.
You end up with the DE you enjoy ( what ever one you like best ) with added functionality. It still has learning curve but it not hard . Most haters are users that think they use the best WM and in truth there is no best WMā
there is only the best WM that fit your needsā

In my case it has to be what is practical and easy to use WMs are nice for certain users but impractical for others so when i have time that is not often nowadays I build a WM like awesome, JWM, etc and have a play.
The rest of the time well its Gnome, iām not interested in playing with KDE, Mate, cinnamon, XFCE, they just donāt cut the just works that i need 18 hours a day

there is only one issue with itā¦ the very small grab area to grab for sizing windows
I guess thatās why XFCE has ALTR Mouse for resizing thenā¦

Iāve been playing around with Cinnamon a bit. A couple of things in this screenshot:
- The dock is the āGrouped Window Listā ā the bottom panel background was āremovedā using the transparent panels extension in Cinnamon.
- The Endeavour OS logo is not part of the background image. It is generated using the watermark extension in Cinnamon.
