I’ve got a way to go here figuring things out. But I’m officially an EndeavourOS user again!

I went with GNOME since I will use this almost exclusively on my TV and the nice big click buttons everywhere make it easier. I just want to point and click. Everything is nice easy to use with the mouse!

Thank you @Pudge … Noticed 2 little problems though…

  • The shutdown button that’s in the standard i3blocks bar didn’t work (not a problem for me, since I don’t use it)

  • It seems that my N2+ only wants to run at regular N2 clockspeeds. I tried copying over my clockspeed settings from the boot.ini on my other eMMC running Arch, but it always defaults to regular N2 stock clocks… not even N2+ stock clocks

edit: for clarification, I ran the automated base install script to get my arch image… so it’s quite possible that it’s an archlinuxarm problem, and not an EOS bug

Made a separate topic to address this, since this isn’t the right place

It’s Nexus Dock and no theme just the custom wallpaper I edited to my liking :slightly_smiling_face:

Nexus as in Winstep? I was just wondering about how it would behave in Wine in Linux a couple of days ago.

So this is the artwork I liked and then edited using photoshop to customize it to my liking.

What is that dock? I like the transparency and corner pins effects.

Maybe there should be a thread of its own for wallpapers and this one kept for screenshots of desktops?

Running Picom combined with cava on an ARM-based sbc does take up a lot of resources though…

No wonder it is running slow with such a typo.

It’s an example exercise from a book I’m using to learn some Python…
Since I saw that same joke on our jokes thread, I found it fitting :grinning:
