On Plasma 6.6. Everything runs great except the widget kara. But that’s okay, I’ll just use the plasma internal virtual desktop widget.
Darkly was updated today too. Set contrast of frames and outlines to 5%.

Yup, I wanted to try Kara, unfortunately it’s broken.
Window title widget is broken on dark mode as well. Text remain as black.
You may try Application Title Bar. Works fine on my side

Ha yes, I was using Kara too. Also Compact Pager and Ginti which are also virtual desktop thingys stopped working. I’m back to the standard pager like yourself, actually it looks very good, just not very customisable though.
I like the option, as @dirn already described, to adjust the contrast of frames and outlines.
Yes, horizontally or vertically, a few rows. That’s it
