With the likely death of PC computing without monthly payments a real thing thanks to AI, I’m so happy that I finished this as I did at the end of 2025. This could very likely be the last computer I can ever afford at the current trends.
The conky is a modified version of “Botein”, but the rest is pretty standard gruvbox colors + gruvbox plus icons. Waterfox uses “Gruvbox Dark Medium” theme, fastfetch is a slightly modified version of “Home” - nothing fancy, really.
Edit: fixed the image
I have been hassling with Ubuntu 25.10 recently. I got new job recently, and needed to print an important document for it and either because of CUPS update, HP WiFi printer being HP WiFi printer, both or simply idiot between laptop and chair, I had to do reinstall and had no time and energy at that point to install either Arch or EOS, so went with old love which I knew was able to churn up that much needed document…
Been quite pleased with it actually, it’s nice to see how 26.04 is going to be. As you have probably noticed, I’m really bad at dual-installs; it’s either one or nothing… The beauty of Linux is indeed the fact that you can have system up and running in something like 15 min.
Another year with Plasma KDE. Slot Dark Icons with Breeze Dark, additional widgets / panels for app launchers and other tools. Catppuccin Mocha Flamingo custom colourscheme.
I wasn’t happy with Klassy and the colors. So I modified jux theme , but kept Klassy window decoration and made a few color adjustments. Wallpaper taken from here as @PackRat posted above. Some tinkering on Panel Colorizer. Well done Dailly driver noodled
