Between us… it’s a rabbit hole but let’s call it mystery, it’s more mysterious ![]()
Well helloooo Gruvbox my old friend.
I’d forgotten how easy on the eye the Gruvbox palette is.
Wallpaper made by me and inspired by countless Gruvbox wallpapers out there on the interweb.
Tabliss on Firefox (transparent effect achieved by adding the desktop wallpaper as a custom background and blurring it).
Fastfetch logo because I’m addicted to Cyberpunk 2077.
Gruvbox Dark Kitty theme on Github
Top taskbar tweaked with Panel Colorizer
Peace and Love ![]()

Boring and hot day here in Michigan but it’s okay ![]()
just chilling with my dog. I like the pack of white wolves. Lol
My old friend nicknamed me that. He called himself black wolf and his son black wolf Jr. He then nicknamed me white wolf. I don’t hang out with him anymore but I still use the alias.
Awesome creatures really white wolves.
like i said boring & hot day here in Michigan but at least me & dog-face are in the air conditioning and all LOL
Papirus icons have distributor-logo-$DISTRO files .. maybe related?
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/22x22/apps/distributor-logo-endeavouros.svg
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/48x48/apps/distributor-logo-endeavouros.svg
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/16x16/apps/distributor-logo-endeavouros.svg
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/32x32/apps/distributor-logo-endeavouros.svg
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/64x64/apps/distributor-logo-endeavouros.svg
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/24x24/apps/distributor-logo-endeavouros.svg
And then those are symlinked to from endeavouros.svg and endeavouros-icon.svg
I might note that it does not have any with the white circle - but that could be added by systemsettings.
…and .. oh .. someone already pointed it out above.
Note the nomenclature or naming convention there.
I’m glad it’s working for you now, @UncleSpellbinder! It’s not that KDE dislikes you; it’s just the icon set causing the trouble. ![]()
Openbox is just so simple. I always like seeing it being as good today as it was years ago.
Also. . . I’m guessing you have a Dell?
one of the reason I have such a hard time giving it up. It’s a shame it doesn’t support wayland. But as long as X11 is around I’ll keep it running as my Desktop WM.
Looks like Hp to me ![]()
The the renaissance of xlibre - you could be good for quite some time still!
Yeah, it is a Dell/HP frankensteen throw together laptop. ![]()
There is the amusingly named “labwc - stacking wayland compositor with look and feel from openbox” It also uses the same irritating xml format for it’s config files…
gotta get ready for the dentist cleaning or whatever but i hope everyone has a wonderful/blessed day for, real, for realzzz ![]()
EDIT: my android phone desktop:
I just wanted it to say, I find it amazing how many of you are able to find so many different wallpapers for a good screenshot and one that you actually like. I myself find it very hard to find a good wallpaper that I actually like on my desktop, the current one I am using I’ve probably used for 7 months now.
I’ve been using the same wallpaper (Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex - added bluish layer) for months. Recently change it after joining this forum as people keep sharing a very nice wallpapers ![]()
Normally I might end up using back Intrepid Ibex wallpaper ![]()
Well I have a lot of pictures to choose from. Something for every mood.
Does 5000 plus (23 GB) of images a lot? Asking for a friend ![]()
But, yeah, I’m also always changing my wallpaper.
No last I checked I had almost 15GB
I’ve been content using two wallpapers for the last decade or so, on Mint. Now that EOS is “something new” for me, I experimented a little…
- Installed the EOS HD Wallpapers (1.1 GB). Shocked about the size, immediately deleted them again (after saving one or two).
- Made a Wallpaper folder in my Pictures that currently holds 23 backgrounds I like (17.2 MB).
- These I let Cinnamon auto-rotate (a new one every 15 minutes), maybe until I decide on a final one.
- But even I got tempted and procrastinated a little, creating bgv…
