Hey, I’m new to Linux in general. I have some experience using Linux Mint and I’m trying out this Distro as a way of easing into Arch. I’ve been having an issue when if I try to login with Wayland, my screen goes blank as if it’s not receiving any signal. I can login with X11 but I can’t set my monitor to my highest refresh rate of 100Hz otherwise the same thing occurs. I can set it to 75/60Hz with no issues though. I’m not sure if it’s a NVidia issue or a Wayland/x11 issue. I’m not sure what other info to give or how to get it, but here are my specs:

Update on my issues. I’ve done some experimenting and this is what I’ve found. The only DE that I can’t log in to at all is KDE Wayland. All the others (Including their Wayland versions) I can login but I can’t set the refresh rate higher than 75Hz. I’ve also tried cinnamon as a DE because that’s what I used on Mint where I didn’t have this problem but that also has the issue where I can’t set the refresh higher than 75. I’ve also tried setting the refresh rate to 99.95 in xrandr through the terminal but that also resulted in a signal lost message. If anyone can give some help, that would be greatly appreciated.
Yeah, even on X11 I can’t set it to 100Hz. As I’ve said, the only DE I can’t use at all is KDE Plasma Wayland because the monitor just loses signal as soon as I login, all the others I’ve tried, I can login but I can’t set the refresh rate higher than 75Hz.
Okay, I’ve just gone back to Linux Mint. Thanks to those who tried to help, the problem isn’t specific to EndeavourOS as far as I can tell, I had the exact same problem on CatchyOS as well so I assume the problem is KDE Wayland related for the no signal on login issue and driver related for the stuck at 75hz issue,or some mixture of the two.
