Screen Flickering with kernel 6.10 and AMD noted

Just did my system update and have noticed the upper half of the screen flickering in both X11 and Wayland after updating to kernel 6.10. Problem went away when I reverted back to the 6.6_LTS kernel. I am finding similar reports searching the internet. My system is all AMD so, I don’t know if would effect nVidia or Intel. LSS - seems to be associated with kernel 6.10 and disabling freesync on your monitor will alleviate the issue for now. Or, as was said earlier, just fall back to the LTS kernel and wait for the patch.
