I’m not sure what else we can do apart from testing another user on the same installation/device. The idea is: if the new test user doesn’t have the same issue, then it means that something in your current user’s configs is causing the issue.
But that this won’t really narrow it down any further as you still have to turn settings off and on, rename/remove config folders, check themes for issues, set/change environment variables, etc.
When it’s a theming issue, it can be so many reasons.
