Hi, I need help. Even though I have installed the canon drivers for the MX515 printer, I am unable to use the printer’s scanner. I saw some rpm drivers with install.sh files on the AUR but I can’t figure it out. Is there a way to install these scanner drivers via Konsole? Thank you
Have you tried installing the scangear driver?
An AUR search:
yay -Ss scangearmp-mx510series
aur/scangearmp-mx510series-x86_64 1.90-1 (+0 0.00)
Canon Scanner Driver (MX510 Series) x86_64
So installing it with:
yay -S scangearmp-mx510series-x86_64
should work?
