RHEL openshift lightspeed (AI in CLI)

I just heard that RHEL 10 is going to be getting some AI features that include local LLM integration with command line. Basically its a command line helper. Looks like general availability in June 2025 from what I heard but something like this would be really cool to see in endeavourOS.

It seems proprietary though and has no license that would allow open source use. Is there anything like this already that is able to use a local model?
