I don’t want to get rid of EOS, but I would like to get it back to a point, where the new user (we’re giving it to a cousin), can create his own user profile, and make it his own, at the same time, removing my wife’s info and profile from the computer.
You can create a new user account and then delete all the other user accounts. Be sure to remove the home directories along with the users. As long as your stored your data in the typical places, that should clean it up. If you stored data in other places outside your home directories, you will need to remove that data as well.
That being said, it would probably be just as easy to reinstall.
