update:
Problem is not connection:

$ reflector-simple
reflector-simple: info: reading file /etc/reflector-simple-tool.conf
reflector-simple: info: reading file /etc/reflector-simple.conf
/usr/bin/reflector-simple: line 769: line_count*100/max_lines : division by 0 (error token is "max_lines ")

The division by 0 error happen when start testing and visible in terminal only

Add Germany, as it is close by, and there aren’t that many servers in the Netherlands (or may be temporarily down).

Working here (UK), exactly same settings as above.

Increasing Download timeout might help in some cases.

How many servers do you get?

And I don’t know how to solve it

Try re-installing reflector-simple. Is your system updated?

I think uninstalling and reinstalling would be better. Would reinstalling cause creation of pacnew files here?

Dunno.

sudo rate-mirrors --allow-root --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist arch

Try the above, might get you working.

$ sudo rate-mirrors --allow-root --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist arch
sudo: rate-mirrors: command not found
 arch fetch & test archlinux mirrors

Run rate-mirrors -h

@Mahdi that is why I said might :frowning:

Install rate-mirrors first.

I reinstalled using pacman -Rns reflector-simple
Problem not solved.
The system is updated

sudo pacman -S --needed reflector

and then

sudo reflector --country Netherlands --age 12 --protocol https --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

BTW:
This is the Arch-Wiki way…
