I have been using arch linux for a while now and yesterday I happen to change the greet section and now today it does not boot up like it goes well till reached graphical interference but then a cursor is only shown there not much if somebody could tell me why is it so and how could I fix it

I suspect you’ve not had any responses yet, because not a lot of detail has been offered. It would help us if you could tell us what desktop environment you’re using (eg: Gnome / KDE Plasma, etc).
Are you able to clarify what you’re referring to? Are you referring to Grub customisation, or perhaps Login Screen (SDDM), or something else?
Eg: Login Screen (SDDM) settings under KDE Plasma
