Remove them from /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros.mirrorlist

They are just warnings, sometimes mirrors fail either temporarily or permanently. That doesn’t cause a problem because those mirrors are ignored from the generated list.
You can ignore them in file /etc/eos-rankmirrors.conf, for example:
EOS_IGNORED_MIRRORS=(
hacktegic
sjtu
)
