When I turn on my pc and login, there’s a spectacle window open that shows a screenshot of the KDE Plasma loading screen and the desktop in a mix, why does it take a screenshot?

Is it in your auto start? system settings → autostart

Spectacle has an option to take screenshot when launched. That’s probably causing this when it starts automatically at login.
