Ya I’ve been there on that thread! Everybody’s got too many problems! 
When I’m not doing anything important and I remember about it… Which in practice is about once every 2-3 days. If I am looking for a bugfix, then update more often, several times a day. Or sometimes I delay updating.
It doesn’t really matter. You update whenever it is convenient for you.

I’m always, constantly updating, after all, that’s the essence of the rolling release.
