I am facing random system freezes on my Endeavor system. It coincided with a system upgrade yesterday from 6.12.30-1-lts to 6.12.31-1-lts. I tried running memtester 24663
and it provokes the freeze after 24 and 70 iterations. Downgrading back to 6.12.30-1-lts i can run it for 700 iterations, so it seems to be memory related.

How should I proceed with this issue?
I can’t see the pastebins, at work and they are blocked, have you tried the mainline or zen kernel? If it is a desktop, have you tried:
- Reseating the memory modules
- Taking one out, running with the other and vice versa.
The other thing is to try running the install media for an extended time (to prove your theory).

Looking through the pastebins, nothing quite stands out, beyond the NULL pointer dereference here:
Jun 03 09:27:22 Stefan-L14 kernel: BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000000
But immediately after that I see you booting from 6.14.9 after:
Jun 03 09:29:13 Stefan-L14 kernel: Linux version 6.14.9-arch1-1
Do you see the same issue with memtester on the non-LTS kernel afterward as well?
Also, I noticed that you’re running a Lenovo laptop. Does that thing have a memory tester in the BIOS or UEFI built-in that you could use to test outside of your OS?
